Oh yeah Dean, the siren wants to be your "brother" forever. The writers know their fanbase. I really didn't think they'd go there because that subtext is so strong its practically text, but voila! They went there!

And I totally missed the Disney Princess references. I'm lame.

I do think it's funny that Dean is so familiar with flowers though. I certainly didn't know what kind of flower that was let alone where it originates from.

Dean's barb about Madison was a low blow... I don't like to think of Madison as a monster. She was strong enough to say "I refuse to live as a killer." Bad Dean! No cookie for you! Except Sam hurt your feelings so badly that all I want to do is wrap you in a blanket and feed you cookies... so maybe you'll get cookies anyway.

"I'm a better hunter then you. You're holding me back. You're weak. You whine about Hell." Ouch! Might as well read Dean's mind, take all his sensitive bits and then exploit the shit outta them. Heck the only thing that speech was missing was a "dad loved me more. He was ashamed of you." comment.

I never watch the previews so now I'm amused that I carefully stated there were no spoilers (including the preview) in my episode review. Ha! And Supernatural, why do you come back on air exactly when I'm entrenched in a show and I have no TIME and the week the show closes, you go on mini hiatus? Why Supernatural? Why?

Obviously it is to give fan creative types time to get things DONE ;-)

But, but... I'm not getting things done! I'm staying up too late after doing a show in order to watch new episodes and then search the internet for reviews! That's the opposite of getting things done! That's preparing for a morning of pain when I get up at 8am after a few hours of sleep. :(

I want my Supernatural to have better timing so I can actually fully enjoy the episodes instead of being in an exhaustion coma.

Responding to this before I take off for comiccon:)

See, the Hyacinth's are one of my favorite flowers. And I never realized they're Mediterranean. I suppose I should have, it's an Italian thing to get these plants for Easter. Which is why it was kinda odd to see it in the slutty alcoholic doctor's office.

Also, apparently the Greek myth of Hyacinthus is about two Greek Gods fighting over the same boy.

Man was this episode full of the slash.

I need to watch that fight scene again.

I liked the alcoholic doctor. Can she play Ruby instead? Can we have a fandom vote on this?

And someone else on my flist commented on the Greek myth and I am very very amused. *g* Oh writers, you know us so well.

As for the fight scene, I try to only watch those once because undoubtably on the second viewing I won't be thinking "oh no! Dean's gonna hit Sam with an ax!" instead I'll be thinking "the targetting on that right cross is a little high. Eye contact, target, one, two... boys! You forgot the prep! Hey, nice reaction." Etc, etc, etc. I can't shut my actor/combatant brain off! Why can't I enjoy fight scenes more then once without analysing them? Why, oh, why?
