So I'm not part of The Walking Dead fandom, but I've learned recently that a LOT of people didn't like Lori. Um... Lori? Really? We didn't like LORI?! But Lori is awesome. I don't get it. My neighborhood in NYC managed to escape unscathed. We still have power and water and there's no major flooding. I was worried about branches breaking and becoming missiles, but we lucked out there too. The storm mostly just shook the pretty fall leaves off the trees. I know most people aren't as lucky. It seems like my whole flist is sick! I'm also sick because I believe in flist solidarity. (But no, really, I'm so sick...) I've been working insane hours with limited sleep which is probably WHY I'm sick. Worked the past 24 hours straight with just a three hour break between jobs. Been up almost 30 hours now. So tired. -

So today would have been my dad's 66th birthday. I was worried I'd be bummed, and honestly last night I WAS bummed. I had a fitting this morning though and it's for a film set in the 40s.
