So, earlier tonight I made friends with these folks, Rodney and Kathy, from New Zealand. At dinner we ended up chatting with a bunch of folks, it was pretty cool; this hostel is as much a social place as it is a place to sleep, y'see. The team I was rooting for lost; I didn't REALLY give a shit--I attend Superbowl parties cuz they're fun social events, and not because I care about the game--but they still lost. Had a pretty killer night at the Merc. 'Twas Rock Band night, had fun playing music, and sang "The Middle" by Jimmy Eat World as the last song of the night; really kick ass at that song. :)
