Days past....
So on this past Friday I celebrated my 33 birthday. Yay!!!! Sunday before, my mom took Alice and me out to dinner at Baytown Seafood. It was really good. My mom gave me an old photo album from when my parents were still togehter. I still haven't looked through all of it. There's even a pic in there of me when I was little baby and my Grandma is bathing me in the kitchen sink. Sooooo funny. So Friday Alice and our good buddy Scott took me out to dinner and a movie. We went and saw the Aeon Flux movie. TOTALY BADASS!!!!!!! I had never really thought Charlise Theron was all that, but damn she is HOT!!!! Okay enough with the exclamation points. I had very good time. The movie was fantastic. There was also a trailer for Underworld Evolution, which looked fucking kickass! Can't wait to see that. The rest of the weekend was spent relaxing and watching movies at home with Alice.
Athena was at Alice's parent's for the weekend. Today Alice went to pick her up and when she came by work to get me, Athena was very excited to see me. She wanted me to pick her up and wouldn't let me put her donw for anything. She's so cute. I love my Lil Goddess soooo much. Alice had taken some clothes to her mom's to wash, and when we got home I was going back outside to the car to bring the stuff in. Athena had a fit that I was leaving. When I came back, she kinda fussed that I had left. So I sat down and played with her for a few minutes before going back out to get the rest. Wonderful little girl.
Being 33 doesn't feel any different. I still feel like I did when I was 21. I've never felt age. I guess I'm not afraid of it like so many. Its interesting though to look around me and think about all the changes I've gone through in life.
