The songs of birds on the Decorah Eagles' live stream reminds me of home, that semi-magical home of safety, where everything is all right, the sun is warm, and the gusting wind holds the promise of adventure.

I found one place on campus yesterday that had birds actually singing. It was a nice find, and might be my new favorite place around town.
