I won't say I'm a expert on politics, so I'm hoping some one can answer this for me.
Why isn't anyone putting former V.P. Chaney on trial for war crimes instead of these investigating the agents who carried out the torture? He has openly admitted to not only approving of its use, but promotes its use even now. And he is the highest ranking government official to do so.
