This was a pretty successful weekend! I made out a to-do list yesterday morning to try and make myself move away from the internet (couch inertia! sooooooooooooooooooooooooo haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaard!) and actually managed to cross of everything but three items on it. I'm stuck at the computer until my keitai finishes charging - not sure why that last 1% takes so long, but whatever - so I'm gonna type up some of my 漢字学 homework. Because why not? Kanji is fun. Also, I'm supposed to have the first half of these memorized by Wednesday (and the second half by Friday), so maybe this will help.

Went to a コンパ Friday night and actually talked to people. Quite a bit. So maybe I'm not completely defective after all!

1. Major stress cleared! I can take my class without any problems or having to plead with the admin office, yay!

2. Poor baby came to school again yesterday! After having a temp of 40C the afternoon before! WTF. And it was Grandma who dropped him off (and picked him up before nap time), so it's not like he couldn't have stayed at home all ( Read more... )

Except I haven't been reading any manga at all.

So why do I want to end questions with ～かい?

Got my acceptance letter for the class I wanted for this semester! Starting next week I'll be studying kanji until February. Maybe by the end of this course I'll be somewhat competent.

Or not.
