We *said* we were going to the arboretum but it turned out that we both wanted to start with Foster Island. It was a pretty exciting walk, what with significant patches of the path being quite waterlogged. The house reeks of cat crap, and I am soon to be carrying a container of very liquid feces up the hill to see if the vet can determine what's wrong without me having to get Gradka up the hill as well. I've been spending far more of my free time working on a quilt than I'd intended. It's my first time making a quilt on my own and, well, I've forgotten a lot of things about quilt-making.
