BGK woes

Some of the formulas have division in them, they're the ones where you figure out how many rows between increases or decreases. The cast-on ones are all subtraction and multiplication. The proof copy PDF they sent me was correct. I don't have the actual book in hand yet. But if the formulas got screwed up, I am going to cry.
