post-weekend good things
Hey, sandthistle, I'll try to not restrict this to Fridays.
So, even though there is plenty that sucks, here are some things that don't.
Pip started school again today and is very excited about it.
... which means it is blessedly quiet.
We ought to actually take possession of the new-to-us car today.

I have a doctor's appointment in 3 hours to deal with the itchy itchy.
Random charity knitting is going well. I hear we're getting a bunch of folks from Katrina in the area, they are going to need warm things soonish. Yes, it is more efficient to donate money, and I do that as well. But handmade things can mean a lot, too. And Made with Love by a Liberal has a pile of donated yarn that needs using, and a skein of Plymouth Encore makes a fine baby sweater.
