SO HAPPY
I am now on VACAY OF SORTS and not a moment too soon! This week was shaping up to be one best spent away from patients. Thanks to serendipity, I happen to ask off for the rest of it!
Tomorrow, I'm going to a class and I'm very much looking forward to it. I get to stick big, wide, long needles into various body parts and use sonar* to help me do it! I've sort of learned this before but it was on the fly and it's been a very long time. Now, I get some formal training AND a day off!
The rest of the week, I'll be chillaxin a little and helping my cousin get married. It's going to be combined Buddhist/Catholic/Vietnamese wedding. It's happening over the course of two days and in a series of three different events. All I know is that there will be much pomp and circumstance and even more food! Yum.
Somehow I managed to wrangle an ENTIRE WEEK off. I'm not even sure what to do with myself. SO HAPPY.
