I'm watching Becoming Jane on TV right now, and the sexy things the characters are saying to one another under the guise of english accents, starched collars and literary terminology is just - wow. Delightfully filthy! The english major in me swoons a little.

Saw the new James Bond movie. My review:

Meh.

But Daniel Craig can still wear a suit, man. I mean he wears that suit. Le sigh.

(Also the ticket line was packed with very pale, glasses-wearing teenage girls. We forgot it was Twilight night. Also, Twilight must now be said with accompanying jazz hands to simulate sparkle motion.)

Went to see Passchendaele today, which for those of you not Canadian is a Canadian-written and produced movie about World War I starring Paul Gross.

It's a Bond movie, so I'm not that embarrassed that this is mostly shallow.
