1. I really don't have anything substantive to say today. Spent all day being sleepy at work. What is this fail. Had dinner with the family. Which was - good, as always. Popiah and seafood mee sua by my dad's gf: she should cook for us ALWAYS.
2. I really need to STOP writing epic movie reviews when I am three months and 16 movies behind in my reviews. SERIOUSLY. ARGH. How is this productive in any way!!
3. I promised: Julia singing Almost Like Being In Love with... two other people. (As always, MANY thanks to the master for sharing!)
4. Because I have been stalking staring at browsing far too many photos of Meryl:
Clearly I did not stalk the NYC Mamma Mia premiere pics ENOUGH. Because OMG, LOOK AT WHAT MERYL IS CARRYING. It's a MAMMA MIA CLUTCH. A WATERLOO CLUTCH, TO BE PRECISE. LMAO.
CHEESE FACTOR = 1,000,000. WHICH MEANS: A++++ IN MY BOOK.
Also, it's unfair that Meryl's offspring look the way they do. WTF, my genes. Anyway: I believe that's Grace Gummer, who's making her off-Broadway debut next month. Seriously. What's UP with that? Being an actress when your mom is the Greatest Actress Of Her Generation? Good luck being NOT mentioned in the same breath as your mom in all your theatre reviews EVER. :\
And finally. OMG. I haven't even WATCHED Falling In Love, but I was looking through the photo gallery on simplystreep.com, and got quite RIDICULOUSLY OBSESSED with this set of promo pictures. Because, aiiiieeee. HOW HOT ARE ROBERT DE NIRO AND MERYL STREEP IN THESE PHOTOS.
