OH GOD I AM MADE OF SO MUCH FAIL.
1. IT IS 2.15AM AND I AM STILL AT WORK. And I can't even really blame it on the job today. Well, I can, obviously, because the requirements mean I have to stay back, even though today has been the RANDOMEST day ever for me. I just can't concentrate at all, or focus on ANYTHING, even though I have been sitting at my desk doing and reading stuff. So of course, I've stayed back for no real reason and have just been ridiculously unproductive all night. ALL NIGHT. I'm giving up and going home for a few hours of sleep and then coming back in. And hoping that I can work well under time pressure.
2. Because I have plans to watch Wicked - ahem - with
noldoparma over lunch. I HAS DVD OF JULIA AS ELPHABA, OBVIOUSLY. Best lunch plan ever, y/y!?
3. I CAN'T flist today, guys, I'm sorry - I just cleared my inbox and now I'm going to drive home and go straight to bed. Bah. Will catch up later, but feel free to flag me anything you think I'd be particularly interested in? :)
4. Just have to say, I REALLY love the fact that my office pool is now open until 9pm. It was great to swim as long as I wanted - just over an hour - and not be chased out by an insistent pimply-faced boy who just wants to go home and abandon his lifeguard post.
5. I had a minor fandom collision moment today. :) I finally properly listened to my remastered version of Julia singing I Will Never Leave You with Debra Bradshaw, which I never paid much attention to before because I couldn't hear any of it. And then I FLAILED. Because hai, I currently also have MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF SKIPLEY/SIDE SHOW LOVE. Julia sings Emily Skinner's part, ftw! LOVE.
