I had my third therapy session today and came out feeling drained and headachey. We spoke about pressure and how my twenties have been and about how my anxiety and religious beliefs can struggle to rub along together. Had a wonderful two days with Dad and J. We went to a posh restaurant in town I'd never had the courage to venture into alone and the food was to DIE for. We hadn't seen each other since last month and it was good to have a reunion.
