I think next week will be devoted entirely to cooking... Did I mention I'm doing an Indian cooking class?
I've been studying the various flavor regions of the country and absolutely nerding out over it. Some of the meat dishes sound good, maybe if I sub Quorn. But luckily there are so maaaany vegetarian dishes, I can really cook whatever I want.
This sounds kinda good. I would add veggies to it, though, I think. Chopped broccoli, maybe even some tomatoes for bright pops of flavor amidst the creaminess of the rest of it.
Day 1 Activia Challenge: the yogurt is tasty. I got the peach flavor and it contains actual peaches. I think. Anyway, tasty, a mere 70 calories and no fat. The only thing I noticed was that my stomach made crazy noises all day. That might have been a coincidence
