Strange that, since I've never even been to Canada. I think the closest I've ever even been to Canada was St. Joseph, Missouri and I was only there once, for a few hours. :-/
I subbed in a kindergarten class yesterday. You know, I believe all children go to hell. Not for punishment, mind you. They work there. I mean, who needs demons when you can put fifteen five-year-olds in a room with one hapless adult. Nap time was the worst! I'm trying to keep an eye on Michael and Christopher and Bradley and Mitchell are throwing things under the desk, Nakiyah is giving people "tatoos" with a permanent marker and Justin and Madison are kissing in the corner! Aargh! Michael had to go to the nurse with a bloody nose after he turned around, found a chair in his way, and naturally tried to jump over it instead of walking around it.
Michael hates me, btw. I expect Justin and Christopher aren't too fond of me either. I just hope their teacher is back by the time their four-day weekend is over. I've thought that I might like to teach myself, but NOT little kids! EEEEEK! When they weren't misbehaving they were tattling on the other children who were.
At least it gave me cause to be glad I've never had kids. :)
