Negative Spaces
Ever since San Diego I've had a rather negative head space.
I've felt...
Um...
...a lot of unflattering adjective. I'm not going to list them. I've listed them in head often enough.
Tonight in Kung Fu it was just me and the two black belts. The one thing that I noticed by the end of class is that I was very self-deprecating. Every chance I had to belittle myself, I took it.
Looking back over the past few weeks I've been beating myself up over a lot of things. It's really an abusive relationship. And it needs to stop.
Small steps.
For the next week I'm going to try and not be mean to myself.
