The ex-hubby and I (who is an even bigger fan then myself) got the chance to see him do his latest solo show. "Morning, Noon and Night" a few years ago in Tacoma. We also went to see him in Gore Vidal's, "The Best Man" on Broadway. He was not one of the performance greats but he had a unique voice and an interesting style, coupled with a way of writing that just made you feel like you understood, that you really got to see life from his perspective. And I liked his perspective. It pains me to think that for some people life becomes so unbearable that death is the only answer.
