Last saturday, before doing anything else, I had to go to a funeral of a veteran coworker. There were dozens of people all around Pispala, including the people from the Pispala Library House and related projects. I wrote a haiku for her. It was the least I could do

At work, we spent the last week preparing, again, for the annual Old Books Fair in Sastamala. This year theme was lyrics, meaning both poetry and music.
( Fortunately the books didn't catch fire in that temperature... )

To those who don't remember, I'm currently working for the Pispala Library House, the small "private" library the locals founded when the Tampere City Library closed the local branch library. Collection is based of donated books.

It appears that the office I've been working in will be closed by the end of October. The landlord won't renew the lease and the office has to move - probably to another of the two other places. book I previously mentioned (not one of his books but a book
about him). Otherwise it has been relatively quiet.
