More observing last night. We went up there early evening and had a good look at the moon and Venus - both beautiful. But then, because it was bloody cold and dinner was being served, we put the instrument to sleep and headed in to the house.

We went out for a walk this afternoon...myself, Jojo, my old man and his missus. The day had started cloudy...then cleared to blue sky and a plummeting temperature...

So off we trotted...and up the cloud bubbled. Was still bloody freezing though. We saw a few deer, which was nice, and generally had a lovely time. Sunset was amazing, on the freakin' ( Read more... )
