So I lost my job yesterday. I think I'm coming to terms with it but it's still a pretty heavy blow. My boss couldn't afford the extra help when the economy sucks so much. So...on to the endless job search again. Based on my previous track record, it'll take me at least half  a year to find a job. FUN TIMES.

So it's been a fairly long time since I've downloaded any programs from the interwebs, and in the intervening time I've completely forgotten the name of this really wonderful torrent site I used to use. So here's the deal: Until I get paid this week, I have less than 200 dollars to my name. When I get paid, I will have slightly under 240 dollars. Christmas is coming.

Back home, even though I thought I wouldn't be until saturday. While we were driving up to Montana, my Grandad got into a car accident and broke his knee, and also totalled their car. So we're home, they're staying with us until we can get him a doctor's appointment, and I'm not going to Montana this year either ( Read more... )
