It needed 120 to pass since it's a constitutional amendment.

In case you haven't heard, Sen Eric Johnson (President Pro Tem of the Senate) and Rep Barry Fleming (running for Congress) have introduced bills in the General Assembly that would require reciprocity with other states before Georgia puts any other states' stuff on our license plates. I'm working on a big bill about boats. Except it keeps calling them "vessels." But for some reason every time I read the word vessel, I read it as wessel, like Chekov in Star Trek. Taking it one step further, I'm now reading every v, l, and r as a w, like Madeline Kahn in Bwazing Saddwes.

Also, Elvis needs boats.
