this song makes me so happy. i don't even know. i'm probably secretly thirty but i love ray lamontagne.
today i went to see snow white and the huntsman, which was probably the worst movie i've seen since maybe the covenant. i don't understand how it was SO BAD when it had so many things going for it: kstew is cute, chris is attractive to some people, charlize is charlize, the fairytale is fairly interesting, the premise was fine. but it just fucked up everything, even on the basic level of making its leads look hot. (not that i think this is necessary for every movie, obviously, but if your movie is otherwise awful you better make your actors look good.) the only things i liked about it were the animals, which were cute, when snow white wasn't ABANDONING THEM TO DIE, and the fact that the leads didn't get together in the end, though i think that would have been something i liked a lot more had the movie not been so fucking terrible. in short, i kind of regret going, especially since i got shushed three quarters of the way through and we couldn't continue mocking the movie. ugh. never again. it totally tried to be something (particularly something like lord of the rings!) and then failed miserably. SO BAD.
in other news, i think i'm sick. also, i made almond milk today. exciting!
