i read a really interesting avc comment about colony, which i watch, but am not sold on; someone said "it doesn't take too much before it becomes very uncomfortable when the us, a modern power, casts itself as under the yolk of oppression" and that's very much my disconnect with hockey fandom rn - it's really sort of gross to coopt language of ( Read more... ) -

i'm SO SAD my brain is SUCH A MESS. all i do is watch tv and go to the beach. (thank god it's summer.) also i'm reading my way through the hugos because why not? (cyteen KILLED ME i had to stick my head under a pillow for like, an hour, it was awful.)
