music recs, anybody? i've been in a rut lately.
lately i have been attempting to exercise and eat healthier (on account of the eight kilos of school, but also because i am kind of distressingly unfit and it's really not good). i'm getting better at it! i find that if i get the exercise out of the way early in the morning i feel better and am less hungry throughout the day, which is fantastic. i also cut out dairy almost completely and just started drinking almond milk, with which i am wholeheartedly in love. also, i have this vanilla rose tea and it's SO GOOD i want to make pudding out of it OM NOM NOM.
i need to start writing regularly, i think. if i can do the exercise thing regularly i can get back to doing the 750words thing! i was pretty regular about it at the start of the year but school killed it, as it has killed everything good about my life. (i kind of miss school though, no lie. i have not been reading intellectually productive anything. my dad came back and brought me in cold blood, which i should probably read, but i'm lazy.)
i think i'm gonna try and watch suits 2.01 today, so i will edit this post later with some ~thoughts. fingers crossed i manage to do that! (omg how sad is my life: that is effort.)

- oh wow this recap makes me glad i was not present for the back half of season one. ewwww.
- aw mike and harvey! i always forget how happy their banter makes me. mike is such a dork and it's so endearing! (harvey agrees.)
- jessica is the best but also, uh, terrifying. her fucking with harvey was brilliant and then really, really scary. i love that she is apparently an actually sensible human being (not common in this show!).
- sidenote: gina torres being on suits and alan tudyk being on suburgatory makes me sad. I MISS WASH/ZOE :(
- donna delights me unutterably. she and harvey are SO CUTE together and i really hope there is a spy!au somewhere where she is assassin!harvey's snarky intermediary. also is it just me or does her hair look really great this episode? i don't remember her looking this pretty.
- i always really enjoy it when rachel shoots mike down. the cougar thing made me laugh because really, jessica is over 9000% out of mike's league.
- aw happy mike :( oh no, i hate it when happy people get crushed.
- DONNA AND HARVEY!!! oh it's ok, harvey likes his boyfriend too much. donna is the best person ever. "did you see the amount of work through a pool of tears?" (ugh my favourite dynamic. snarky bffs who understand each other beyond everything!!!!)
- oh wow was it this explicit about their love for each other before? yes that's why i watched it. but awwwwwwww. you do need to give that boy more encouragement, harvey spektor.
- awww mike and harvey have matching marshmallow centres. i really don't care about this plot, though.
- louis and harvey! kids playing for mom's attention. i love louis' grouchy face.
- ew. love triangle. jenny, get the fuck out of there. this boy is not good news for either you or rachel. mike, you are so terrible with women. just stop trying. also, you are bad with men AS WE SEE WITH TREVOR. :| stop dating mike. harvey is clearly it.
- a+ music, as usual. ugh i love the suits music. is that tumblr still running?
- lol oh louis. SUCH A CREEPER. i delight in your antics.
- omg donna and rachel are bffs! STOP TALKING ABOUT MIKE >< they both have fantastic hair and i am so happy that they are friends. this makes me a happy, happy camper.
- i really like that mike and harvey communicate very quickly without having to explain things to each other! omg a+ for bringing up the gun thing again.
- oooh, jessica and harvey conspired to kick out daniel? that's fantastic. i like their relationship a lot too. harvey is so great at platonic relationships with women.
- holy shit louis' associate has hilarious hair. lol oh louis, such a cartoon.
- omg harvey! so wounded at the thought that mike doesn't trust him. so dedicated to saving mike's job. omg they are so so cute.

- wow harvey, that was an unpleasantly hard sell. i don't know that guy but i don't find it unreasonable that he might have reformed! but since harvey did it for mike (and jessica, and donna), i understand :|

- i think i like hardman? he seems like a neat character to roll with, and a good adversary. (jessica looks really great in that red dress.) omg i want daniel to try and seduce mike out from under harvey by being a ~good guy~.
- i like it when harvey tells mike to do things because he loves him. also, harvey and jessica are aesthetically pleasing together.
- oh mike. trevor was such a terrible idea. also, i'm not sure i like the new levels of asshole mike is delving to.
- oh harvey! STANDING UP TO JESSICA. holy shit, jessica! i love ~intrigue. ugh i love their ~generations and their loyalty. it makes me so fucking happy.
- omg mike and jessica! i like that she is totally not charmed by his bullshit (except a little bit). omg showdown!!!! mike's little smirk made me so happy. the whole jessica/harvey/mike dynamic makes me happy.
- the trailer for next week (soon?) makes me super delighted and also makes me want an assassins!au. ALL THE GUNS.
