Lengthy summer day

Great and fun day today!

So Cross Country was good as usual, went into a forest and did this 5 minute hill, down and up. As Gerard says...our Achilles tendon is built for us running, so I guess I was er born for that hill workout...if only I had Armstrong's genes...

Then practiced some piano on my electric keyboard..Wow. like first time this summer. Nice 1 hour doodling of the fingers. Had to give them a work out..so used to moving that pencil, not anymore ha!

Shortly thereafter, the main dumpster (XC ppl kno exactly where it is...) gave my mom and I a call. So we answered back and threw away lots of old junk and a sink/toilette since we're remodeling one of our bathrooms (well that .5 bathroom). Fun!
KCLS asked for money again...I've been reading too many magazines without being nice enugh to pay the dues...

Wow...that drained my day...5pm already.. So what's next (come on...you know the Frenchman, when he's tired he .... he thinks of.... he wants to... food eat duh!
So PCC it was and got to meet good ol Buddy Aaron some poker is arising. Well after many cereals, yogurt, grain parmesan bread, and snikerdoodle cookies later I was back home, thinking of food. Thus came my realization, it's sunner I might as well make something special. Omelette du fromage! + flour, cinnamon, baking powder, pasta, and some more cheez! yum....

So if that wasn't all Europe holered for memories and thus it came for picture and adventure sharing with Ms. Sultan high and supreme from the Middle East kingdom. 3 1/2 hours of enjoyment. And brilliantly we played Notre Dame de Paris soundtrack while looking at the pics of Notre Dame...Ah France was only a month ago and yet it seemed so far yet close with the music.

So you newly converted Europeans, where's this picture sharing we were all supposed to be having? I wonder
