Oh, oh, she cries... it's all in a day's work

It has been too long since I've updated, which makes absolutely no sense considering the fact that I've been unemployed for over a month. Go figure. I guess I just felt like there wasn't much to say, which is strange because I really could probably make a lot of thoughts out of very little. I've already written a whole dang-gum paragraph just explaining that I didn't think I had anything to say.
Still, I don't plan on staying long because I want to make some foodstuffs. So I'm a just recap some of the major events here:

1. After being out of work for over a month, I finally got offered a job... as a teller at U.S. Bank. The funny thing about it is that I interviewed for a teller position at another branch of the same bank, but was turned down. I applied at a different branch a couple of days later, and they decided to hire me. Go figure again. I am supposed to begin working on July 6, but I have had an interview at a law firm since then (for a secretary position), so maybe/hopefully I will get a better job offer. I would hate being in the position where I have to tell the bank that I have to quit - before even starting! - but if I get a better job, then there's no way I'll decline it.
2. We are still living in Kansas. That is going okay. It's mostly boring, as there's not really a lot to do here. We don't go to concerts or Kansas City as much as we told ourselves we would. Mostly just watch a lot of movies. We might see Eve 6 in KC on July 10, as apparently they've gotten back together and are playing a free show.
3. I've only got four more Nicolas Cage movies to go (not including animated or uncredited roles). One of those four is here right now, and another one was supposed to be at Holly's dad's house in the mail, but wasn't. So I don't know what's going on there. Kind of frustrating.
4. I REALLY DON'T HAVE MUCH ELSE I WANT TO SAY.
5. Mainly, I'm bored and or boring.
