Even if it were true that Noynoy at one time was clinically depressed...that does not reflect on his mental stability. It is schizophrenia, or depression with schizophrenia, or paranoid depression, that will affect it. But the ordinary kind and the bipolar type will NOT. It may affect how he makes decisions, but by no means is he insane ( Read more... )

A measles epidemic angers me. It tells me the local government units are not correctly doing their jobs, and that the health department is letting them get away with it. It makes me mad. Some people's heads need to roll.
