The main thing on my mind still is this stupid pain in my side. I'm wondering if I have a hairline cracked rib. If I do it doesn't change anything. I just need to continue living/functioning and try not to do things that make it hurt so it can heal.

I watch for it constantly but I keep getting poison ivy. I can't figure out where it is coming from. I have it again, on my left foot. I have 3 pairs of sandals that I really like. I've been wearing the black ones so I think it must be on them. I haven't worn the brown ones yet this summer so they should be poison ivy free. Those will be the ones I ( Read more... )

Yesterday Nancy and I visited the open house for the artist's studios in the Transit Building. Here's a photo of the spiral fire escape through a 2nd story window - what a neat old building. It would be nice to have a studio there just to savor the architecture everyday:
