Raining today. Melting the snow that we had. The ground is frozen and can't accept the water so it's flowing into the chicken run. The water's an inch deep in some places in there. The chickens are wading through it.

tuesday - crazy for gazing balls
Even though it rained yesterday it didn't rain all day and I got a lot done in cleaning off the front patio - swept it 3 times. Once "dry" swept, and then twice after splashing it with water. I love the chickens but they are terrible about scratching up dirt that flies onto the patio and sidewalk. What got all this patio rejuvenation started is I ( Read more... )
