Dave has decided that every time we walk to the lake that he wants to find a special rock and bring it back to his garden. This is the second. The first was that one I took a picture of the other day that I said looked like fiberboard.
Snowing this morning. Easter snow.
Dreamed something about cameras and changing lenses last night though I can't remember now what the dream was. I'm planning to put the Helios on the full frame camera today. That's the lens that makes the weird batwing bokeh. It's good for making mysterious macro pictures.
I have a lot to do today. Though I don't think it will be that hard to do it all. I just need to get out there and do it. Bake ham loaves, make mashed potatoes, gravy, heat up yams, do a bit more cleaning. I did a lot of cleaning yesterday. Dave helped. The wonderful sea dragon that Chloe made years ago was ruined over the winter with chunks of ice coming down off the roof. I need to either try to piece it together (glue the pieces together that I can find) or retire it completely. It looks bad. I want to move it to my goatshed today so at least people (Chloe) won't see it all broken and ruined when they come in the front door. That's on my to do list too.
I hear the chickens on the baby monitor. Time to get out there and open their door.
