autumn colors on a damp and overcast day
Candy and I did end up hiking today - around the Deer Run loop at the Erie Wildlife Refuge. I only had my phone for pictures but I got some I liked. Things are starting to be November Brown with a touch of September Red and October Yellow holding on.

The swamp. Last time I was here with Rainy there was no autumn color at all.
I noticed a tiny dot of white across the swamp and then we looked through the telescope at it. It wasn't easy to get the cell phone lined up with the telescope. My hand was not very steady.
