Yesterday Berdella, Jan and I hiked down to the Two Mile Run dam on the Trefoil trail. The dam is on the far left in the photo. It was a really nice day for hiking - coolish in the morning and later the sun came out. I took a couple Motrin before I left and I didn't have much of a problem with my foot. Maybe that's what I need to do - take something for inflammation before I even go on a hike. Afterwards we had lunch at Eat'n Park.
After I got home I napped and then around 5 I got up and started to paint The Barn. While standing there painting my foot started to hurt a lot and I only got a little bit done. The siding has deep grooves and it is hard to push the paint into those spaces. It will take a lot longer to paint this shed than I first thought it would.
Raining at the moment. The internet is not cooperating with posting this. When it rains, or is even very overcast the satellite internet doesn't work.
