"Amethyst Rising" pendant - sterling, Czech glass button, brass filigree and amethyst cabochon. Listing HERE.

Spent most all day in my room working today.

Fire power! Now 4 torches. The one on the far left is the enameling torch, then the new torch with automatic lighter, the pencil torch with a smaller flame and my old favorite.

Firing a copper bird - it needs to get red hot to melt the enamel powders.

Some hearts and rainbows with a first coat of clear enamel. They are on a warming plate so the water in the enamel will dry faster.

I put some little squares of silver foil on so they would pick up brighter light than the copper underneath. The silver foil has a patina in it - that's why it looks purple. When it gets fired it will turn silver again.

Spoons with enamel powders.

The enamel powders after washing them - they are ready to paint onto the rainbow shapes now.

Rainbows nearly done - I stopped for the night at this stage.
