generally my involvement is so on the fringes of fandom that i'm left almost completely unaware of hate and shipping wars and all that shit. i just read (and -sometimes- write) fic and leave nice comments and potter along on my tumblr, reblogging pretty pictures and gifsets... and then maybe i get curious about hate for a particular character or ( Read more... )

I get so excited when I see fics that I've beta'd recced or praised. I just feel so happy on behalf of the authors, idk. Just seeing them out there for other people to enjoy.
