I'm starting a new filter wherein I'll post my WOD and the results. It's primarily for my own benefit -- I threw away my last workout log when moving and immediately regretted it, so this should be slightly more "permanent".

It'll also probably be where I post semi- or pseduo-rhetorical questions. I'll always be open to discussions and whatnot, but since it's basically a workout log, I can't promise to ask or mention anything interesting!

Still, if anybody's interested, I'm happy to add you to the filter. Comments are screened, so nobody's going to judge you for saying yes or no. Except me. ;p
