Well, I tried
the cauliflower soup recipe. I made it vegetarian so my sister could enjoy it with me. The cauliflower is a subtle flavor, but it is very nice, good comfort food. I made it with 2% milk instead of whole milk because I didn't have whole milk on hand, and I definitely think next time it would be worth it to get a hold of some whole milk. It really needs the creaminess. Also, don't forego the sour cream, because it really needs that, too.
