It's been just a couple of weeks since the last entry and so much has taken place (although my status of my homework seems to remain stagnant).
FUNtasia III. Probably the most melodramatic carnival that I've been part of (ok, I've only been involved in 2 carnivals, but that's not the point.) Tons and tons of drama before the actual day and at many points of time, I found myself wondering if I had made the right choice of being part of the comm. Just really glad that it all turned out fine in the end. Too lazy to get into all the details.
EXCO elections. The new captain's been chosen. Now's the period where I've got to start showing her the ropes but it feels really weird and foreign to me. After all, I didn't really get shown the ropes when I first started. It was more like throwing me into the ocean to fend for myself but occasionally throwing the life buoy in when I looked like I was going to drown. But that was then, when i could just turn for advice at any time of the day without hesitation. Now, I've got to think of what I've got to tell her since she can't just ask me at weird hours of the day.
Final event. Investiture. 19 more days.
