weekend highlights
- saw V For Vendetta, and i highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates George Orwell or Aldous Huxley, and likes stylized violence. and i had a soft spot for V. Portman was fantastic in her role, and even good ol' Patrick (Tripod man) from Coupling was a key figure.

it promises to be a weekend featuring as much "engagement sex" as we have time for. A's really do rock!
i went to yesterday's game on a spontaneous whim. it wasn't televised locally, and i was feeling that i may not see many more A's games this season once i'm in Phoenix. Shannon has direct tv, so i may be able to pay for a subscription allowing me to follow their hunt for a green October.
