Freezing fog?
Well we've got it. Others get white fluffy snow and we get freezing fog.
Nominations for the Golden Globes were just read... some by Quentin Tarentino. Among them Denzel for American Gangster and George Clooney for Michael Clayton. Ridley Scott for AG made me EEE. No Country for Old Men has several, along with Sweeney Todd. Anxiously awaiting my chance to see both. Atonement has several nods also. Pushing Daisies has several nominations, including Lee Pace. Another EEE. I *love* this show. And of course, Hue Lorry.
Holiday business abounds. My long-time friend (way back from high-school) will be here until after Christmas and it seems like we're in some store buying something every day. No doubt I'll be filing bankruptcy after this is over. But it's fun, you know.
Now that my Golden Globes buzz is wearing off I need coffee. Wonder how they're going to pull off the awards run this year without writers? We're dangerously close to 24/7 reruns and the talks keep falling apart.
