Rye Soda Bread

Taken from the Dove packet:

250g rye flour
1 tsp bicarb
2 tsp cream of tartar
175ml milk (I used rice milk)
1 tsp oil (I used olive)

Mix it all up together, form a round ball on a greased baking sheet, and leave for 30 mins, then bake at 200C (fan) for 35 mins.

YUM, but needs salt.
