today the first bluebells are properly in flower *smile*

and for the past week there has been a (number of) peacock butterfly(s) in the garden *beam*

all this and more *smile*

... including wasps waking from hibernation in the house - i've had to escort 3 to the nearest exits in the past week.

today, i realise, has been the first day this calender year that i have felt to turn the central heating down *smile*

in the past few weeks i have noticed from my window the promise of spring outside. the robin(s) seems bolder and brighter; the blue tits have returned/are more present/active; the snowdrops are flowering; and there's plenty green stuff pushing through. that and the sunshine *beam* 'tis still very cold 'though, with a feeling at times that it could ( Read more... )
