Colon-ectomy
I set up my new MM.org account just now and need to run a very minor retraction.
As weisshund knows from listening to me ramble on the phone about researching the proper use of the term "redux", I was debating whether or not to add the colon to my new username. John Updike didn't when he wrote Rabbit Redux, yet Francis Ford Coppola did when he offered the world Apocalypse Now: Redux.
Therefore, I was uncertain which way to go, yet added it to my new listing only to discover that MediaMiner.org won't tolerate the use of "special symbols" like colons. Hell's bells. All that angsting on my part over something I had no control over in the first place? How fucking classic is that?
Worse, I can't even check my newly created mini-biography there to see how it looks since I haven't uploaded any fanfiction yet. Grrrr.
To commemorate my laughable frustration, here's a new icon from adorable das_maq. Doesn't Yohji seem to really despise the sun for shining so brightly when he's all decked out in his dark blue assassin gear?
