There's a group tabling in front of the Hall Building today - they look like the Larouchies - and they've got themselves a mock wanted poster with a picture of David Suzuki on it.

It reads, "Wanted: Genocidal Maniac".

Now. I know there are people who disagree with the man's science, but really, who are they to call him genocidal? Morons.

Okay, so, maybe not. The CBC reported it as breaking news, and apparently jumped into regular programming in town to give some details, but it didn't even warrant a few sentences on the 1 o'clock newscast. I'm leaving for lunch soon, so I guess I'll find out soon enough.

Concordia students were to vote on joining a province-wide student strike today, and apparently students from other universities have occupied the Hall Building to the fourth floor.

No water, no ventilation, our computer network within the office is fucked, and now a riot.

What a day.

Still no water here. The notice on the Concordia homepage that says things are functioning normally is a lie. Nancy says if there are no functioning toilets by 11, she thinks they'll send us home again.

Even the toilets in LB are spotty today, apparently. They're only letting people use the Tim Horton's there. SGW people gotta use the toilets,

Hall Building closes at 2:30, and everyone in it goes home. Hooray for common sense.
