So... 24 hours left until the big show. Crunch time! Meh, I work best under pressure anyways. The bassman & I have really come together on the new setlist and I'm loving it. I'm feeling like a real musician again. After about a year of playing together,I think I've finally identified our sound... dark surf. If that makes sense. It sucks that we still won't have live drums at the show tomorrow, but I'm thinking the drum machine is gonna become a staple even if it's a small one. Im feeling very comfortable with my voice which is a double blessing. Not only is it masculine enough, but I have much more control over my tones and pitch, and that is hot&sexy. Yea for hormones! So the guise are on the verge of bustin out, finally. I figure in 6 weeks the live drums will be ready... and then on to make some cheap studio time. I cant wait to read the crowd tomorrow night...
