This morning i left to go to Tulsa for a few days for work. Today has overall, been a terrible travel day. I got confirmation today that I will be going to Albuquerque for two weeks for work. We are launching a new system, and they want people from the Corp office to go and man the launch war room. Well last Friday morning, I started getting a scratchy throat and had to blow my nose quite a bit. Over the weekend I took over the counter meds, and that seemed to clear up my nose, but I still had a deep cough. The cough just wouldn't go away. I really need to remember to cover my scooter at night. When I went out to get on it to ride to work this morning, it had been visited by Jack Frost and was covered in a nice layer of frost. Normally I go grocery shopping and get provisions that will last for a month or more, but I have the problem that I forget about most of the perishable parts of that fare and it ends up going bad. So far the new job has gone well. I have pretty much been sitting there watching other people work, but I am already learning many of the processes. The building itself has a bit of an office space vibe to it, which I actually like.
