Once again this year, I had the opportunity to take pictures for the AMBUCS Nashvegas Rollers when they gave 18 adaptive bicycles to kids with special needs. Santa showed up to take pictures with the kids, and here is a quick shot from that day.

So this weekend I did something that I had never done before. I stood between two lanes of moving traffic with a bucket in my hand collecting money for a charity. It was a very eye opening experience. We were raising money for the Metro food basket charity. I came to a realization earlier on today. Normally I go grocery shopping and get provisions that will last for a month or more, but I have the problem that I forget about most of the perishable parts of that fare and it ends up going bad.
