Just saw "Coup d'Etat," "Michael," and "Inferno" for the first time. Yes. I know. Bad duskwings. I've been busy, and I kind of wasn't feeling the fandom love for a while. But I decided to try and revive it, and I think it worked. Because ... well, here's where I start in the spoilers:

I've been noticing what I consider to be a recent trend in fandom -- that a lot of het-shippers have a crush/girl-crush on the female half of their ship. ( Cut for length, over-generalization, and unfounded theories -- your basic bad meta. :P )

I'm trying to place various Atlantians on the introvert/extrovert scale, and it's quite confusing. In part because the introversion/extroversion of the actors tends to bleed over into the character portrayals, and it's really difficult to separate the two of them.

I have a confession to make. For a very, very long time, I completely just did not at all get what people were talking about when they said that the end of "Siege II" was extraordinarily shippy. ( Cut for rambling not-quite-analysis ... )
