Nick gave Cate an irritated glance and then rang the doorbell. "Some of the cabins down this road are new construction. I didn't recognize the address."
"Sure," Cate said.
The door swung open, and Mrs Kelly stood there with the a wide frown. "And just where have you been?" she asked. "My husband is starting to attract flies!"
Cate coughed. "Sorry, ma'am, we got a little lost."
Mrs Kelly eyed Nick. "Didn't you grow up here?"
He groaned. "Please show us to your husband, Mrs Kelly."
